A holistic, intentional well-being space offering calm connection, community-led gatherings, and the Hong Kong home of Divine Light Yoga teacher trainings.
Wildflower Well Being is a thoughtfully curated studio in Tai Ping Shan (Sheung Wan) one of Hong Kong’s most creative and character-filled neighbourhoods.
Founded by Laura, an educator and experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years’ experience working in Hong Kong schools and studios, Wildflower offers a space to slow down, reconnect and learn in a way that feels grounded and nurturing.

Often described by students as “an oasis in the middle of the city”, the studio is warm, light-filled and intentionally calm — a place a place designed to support slowing down and reconnecting.

This is more than a yoga studio - it is a learning and community space, created with care and intention. Soft lighting, candlelight, sunflowers, natural textures and green yoga mats set the tone for a space that feels welcoming and in-touch with nature.

Wildflower hosts a range of community-led and reflective experiences, including breathing practices, mindful movement, reflective journalling, creative and mindful art, and gentle mindfulness-based gatherings. The space is flexible and thoughtfully held, allowing each session to unfold naturally, whether it’s quiet and inward or softly creative and shared.

This is a place for pausing, for expression, for calm connection — where people can sit on cushions, move, create, reflect or simply be.

Founded by Experience, Created with Intention

Wildflower Well Being was created by Laura as a response to what she saw was deeply needed in Hong Kong — a space for nervous system health, human connection, creativity and rest.

After living in Hong Kong for over 20 years, and travelling extensively around the world teaching yoga, mindfulness, and well-being practices, Laura felt called to create a space that brought her most meaningful and inspired work home.
Wildflower Well-Being is a gathering place where modern life can slow down — where people can rest, reconnect, and feel supported in both their well-being and their learning.

Shaped by global experience and grounded in real life, everything offered at Wildflower Well-Being reflects a belief in restoration over rush, connection over performance, and learning that feels holistic and meaningful. The space exists to support children, families and individuals with practices that nurture regulation, creativity and resilience — in ways that are practical, inclusive and deeply felt.
